PLAYER REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • Go to REGISTRATION link
  • Click on designated Team Name button (Ex. CFA Escola B2007)
  • Complete PLAYER Registration online.
      1. Once registration is complete, the team coach will invite player to join the team
      2. You will receive an email with the invitation link to join the team
      3. Click on the link and start the player registration (Check your account: PLAYER ACCOUNT LINK)
    2. Complete the player registration
      1. Download the player contract online in your profile.
      2. Read the registration rules and information
      3. Payment: select CASH/CHECK as form of payment. 
      4. Pay with Venmo / Check / Zelle
    3. Print out 2 (two) US Club Soccer Player Registration Form 
    4. Bring copy of birth certificate/passport (New players only)
    5. Choose payment method (Venmo/Zelle/Check/Credit Card)
    6. Bring to Team Manager:
      1. CFA Escola Signed Contract
      2. 2 (two) US Club Soccer Player Registration Forms (or upload on the website)
      3. Copy of birth certificate/passport (or upload on the website)
      4. 4 checks made to Culture FC or PAY ONLINE (Venmo/Zelle/Credit Card/Check).
        • Credit Card 3.5% fee applies.
